We were put at ease immediately this was our first meeting and we were unsure about what to expect. The nurse explained how the hospice worked, we were so relieved and appreciated our questions being answered clearly. We feel confident about our future and thank Tricia for the way she imparted information. We appreciate honesty as well as empathy and that is what we feel the staff offered.
