Help was provided fast and efficiently. I would have liked it earlier but I guess that is down to GP as they referred. There is a lot of info and people involved in the processes and most of what I was told I was not aware of. It seems that when you are thrown into the situation of commencing end of life care, to get all of this information, people, agencies all descending at once is somewhat overbearing. Why do we not know more about the services before needing them
