I live alone in neglected and badly managed Canterbury Council Sheltered accommodation. I have terminal cancer and get very little support from my 4 children and none from my GP. I’m on chemotherapy 5days in every 28 which is very debilitating, I’m treated superbly by the Cathedral Day Unit at K&C hospital. My weekly telephone call from your Welfare Support Officer (Mel) is hugely uplifting and puts a spring in my step, a highlight of my week.

Your service is excellent and first class, I don’t think it could be bettered in any way. Thank you so much for your help and support.
