My Reason for ticking 2 boxes is that the info given to us during the weeks leading up to my husbands admittance was poor. District/Comm. Nurses did not always know what to advise and wrong information has lead to a lot of stress for me now. The actual care whilst he was in the hospice albeit for about 48 hours was very good and staff were kind.

Suggested improvements
Patients and their families/carer should be properly informed AT THE BEGINNING of treatment as too any benefit/ allowance. They are entitled to eg. Blue Badge! We did not get one!! Hospital & Drs Should be made aware of this comment as i have 2 yrs of grief and stress since my husbands diagnosis. It is now probably too late to make any claim for extra finances now!! PS I Could add more but the list is too Long.
