Very sympathetic, but I am overwhelmed & confused with the number of the different people involved in the care. Confused that McMillan is not a part of Hospice service. Not clear on who does what. I don't have knowledge of what exactly the hospice can help with and what services are provided, so I am unclear on when I can and can't call. Dr Thorns gave us time to talk & made sure we understood what was being said. Staff is lovely.
