Everyone involved in the hospice from the reception staff, catering staff, healthcare professionals, nurses and doctors have been superb!! Mum has been treated so kindly and with the upmost dignity and respect. Mum came in for respite care and has improved greatly while in the care of the hospice. Nothing has been to much trouble and the staff are so attentive and caring, they know mum, her routine and what she does and doesn’t like which makes mum feel totally in control of her care and not like a spare wheel along for the ride. A special mention to Polly parrot (great name) who has treated mum like family and really gone above and beyond, amazing lady well done. We could not of asked for anything else from pilgrims, an absolutely perfect place with absolutely perfect, caring staff. The way healthcare should be!! Well done the pilgrims team!!
