It was extremely busy in A/E waiting area but only had to wait 20 minutes before I was seen. Dave Wellington apologized for the wait and inconvenience. (Was not a long wait).
Dave and the rest were very polite.
He listened to me and my worries He fully explained what is the best treatment and after care plan.
