On the 1st of November I went into the Horder Centre for an elective total hip replacement. The next day I was transferred to The Tunbridge Wells Hospital, Pembury with a racing heart and very low blood pressure.
I was very frightened and apprehensive, I didn’t know what was happening to me.
From the moment I arrived on the CCU which was past midnight, I was treated with the utmost kindness, tenderness and respect which lasted throughout my stay from every member of the medical staff. This helped to give me complete confidence in my medical treatment.
These people are amazing and should be valued and respected for their total dedication working under so much pressure. Without them there would be no NHS. Thank you all.
Pleased with care
Clean, efficient and respectful.
Absolutely amazing. I can not thank you enough xxx
Excellent helpful staff from beginning
Ante natal and delivery all midwives male and female were very helpful and patient
We received excellent care throughout a very long labour, and are very grateful to all of the staff here
I attended late on a Monday evening - 10 o clock ish. I was in A&E for around 3.5 hours,
which I did not consider too long as I needed to wait on the results of a blood test. (the blood test took over an hour for results to come in). Fantastic service from all staff - especialy the doctor who was communicative and reassuring!
Thank you.
