The step by step in waiting area is excellent but not everyone sees it-might be good to encourage people to look.

In particular Dr Budak? Was excellent throughout the procedure telling me exactly what he was doing and what would happen next - this was very reassuring.

Staff were all friendly, efficient and made you feel confident in care etc. You were given. Surgeon was running late and all stags we were update with the situation.
The clinic looks very clean and on par with private facilities.
One suggestion (very minor).
Table in waiting room with magazines on restricts leg round and difficult for less agile patients to move around to go to the toilet.

Excellent/expert/professional staff who not only know their job - they exercised their skill in a caring and supportive way lots of changes of staff didn't affect this in anyway.
