Everything was good about my care - from arriving at A&E to discharge. At all times I was treated with care and respect from everyone I met. I was made comfortable and well informed about my diagnosis and treatment plan and was given the opportunity to ask questions about what was happening to me. The speed with which I was dealt with was impressive and defies what we read and hear in the media. My thanks and gratitude to everyone.

The care was extremely good and improvement would be difficult! The nursing was brilliant and the food and cleaning was also very good.

Once I was taken from the A and E, which was overwhelmed with patients and staff shortages, and where staff were stressed out-* and overwhelmed (i.e. not being able to be seen by a doctor on til 12 hours after I arrived), I was treated, or rather, investigated in the CCU, and have nothing but praise for every aspect of this superb unit, including the help and advice provided by the occupational therapist, and afterwards by Julie, the respiratory physio, especially, who gave me far and away the best, most helpful and patient info regarding my chronic anxiety problems that I had in forty years of suffering.
Hang onto her!!

My care from all the staff was the absolute best very professional, caring and nothing was to much trouble it made my stay so much easier.
