The staff are extremely busy ans there is much waiting time to the toilet as an example is concerned, but professionally the staff are very good.

Staff were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble for them and I felt they genuinely cared about me and my family when I was upset and anxious they spent time to put me at ease. There where volunteers that where lovely. The ward doctor was the nicest doctor I have ever meat and he explained everything too me. In language I understood. The therapist and extra staff were great and the help with getting my home set up was really appreciated. Overall a fantastic team.
