The staff were friendly and caring.
The transfer from AMU was very unsatisfactory. I had to wait in the corridor for 6 hours before being allocated a room.
The cause of my infection was not revealed for some time and had to be almost teased out.

Some delays due to missed communication due to breaks and various checks needed.

The staff were lovely always made time to ensure I was ok, always made an effort to have a conversation with me.
I was treated with dignity and respect and when I was having a bad time they did everything that they could to make me feel better.
They always had a smile despite how busy they clearly were.
Well done to all the staff on ward 12.
