Staff are very attentive and always have time for you. Plenty of food (good) and drinks.
Also, having a TV for free in the room was a very nice surprise.
Cleaners are very thorough.

No good care in AMU. Have a patient who has Dementia got turned away told to go to A&E even after telling them she had an appointment for AMU made by the home treatment team.

1) Many plastic 'Tops' to meds and syringes, etc. Simply dropped on food, so patients could easily walk/tread on them.
