Once the issue was semi solved, we were placed in a ward to relax until we found a place for our friend to stay.
We were treated very well in this room.

1. Couldn't get to A&E due to fire brigade training.
2. No disabled parking (lack off).
3. Keep moving from waiting room to waiting room.
4. Seen by the doctor outside the hospital.

The staff were extremely friendly and pleasant. Unfortunately I had to stay over night to see the mental health team even though I was supposed to see them last night.
