Nothing good.
All we needed was a post-op blood test but had to be triaged first why??
This is routine for thyroidectomy but yet we had to wait to be triaged wasting everyone's time and sitting in a waiting room with sick people and a wound thus being open to increased post op infection.

I saw the triage nurse quickly as I was concerned that my heart was going into atria fibrillation. She check blood pressure and he gave me an ECG - the heart had gave back to sinusoidal again.
We seem to have waited a long time to be seen.
