Constant attendance and very sympathetic nursing at all times. I do not know how they can achieve this standard due to their very heavy workload. Their cheerfulness and encouragement is a gift.

The staff were wonderful and do everything they can to help. Patients should be listened to, regarding medication they are taking. Very disappointed that procedure not completed here as out of the 4 day time etc, etc. Ward not know of il by mouth. what is more disconcerting is the fact to have the op in 6-8 weeks app. I have to go to Maidstone, miles from home.

Everyone was unbelievably helpful. I felt I was a friend staying for a few days rather than patient and hospital staff. I liked their sense of professionalism and the fact everything was explained in advance. What could make it better? Probably more "remotes" for the TV's.
