Some of the staff were very friendly. I did have to wait quite a while for pain relief first thing in the morning.

I cannot fault the care I have received on ward 11 every single person I have encountered has been kind, caring and friendly.
Staff have always done their utmost to assure my stay here and well being were great. I am hugely appreciative to everyone.

Caring staff and good food,
However, the room above mine seemed to have some equipment in it which banged all day and night. Need soundproofing in ceiling of my room (6) ward 11. Kept me awake most nights.

I have been in four wards on two hospitals, CCU was outstanding. The level of caring, kind attention and professionalism was beyond comparison. I am staggered by their patience and good humour.
Florence would be so proud.

Sufficient patient attention, generally prompt. Beds changed daily, lots of hot drinks, breakfast time, rest OK.
Staff happy to respond to requests. I have been confined to bed, so cant comment on bathroom facilities etc
