Screen in waiting area monitored NHS direct which I believe has been superseded by 111 around this area. Clearer indication of when to visit Dr/minor injuries/A&E would help

The doctors and nurses could not have been nicer if I was the queen. My operation went well and the after care was faultless. I dont think there can be any improvement issues. I may have been a family member. The staff all seem to be happy and they are very caring
