Friendly staff- relaxed atmosphere clean room
As registered blind- high coloured visability cups/glasses required
sometimes staff did not introduce themselfves- was not orientated no room on admission

Mum found the care to be very good. The team are caring & considerate, compassionate & friendly. The room was kept clean & tidy and the food was really good.
