All the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. Particularly Beth, Grace, Liz and Charlie (nursing staff), the pregnant lady who cleaned my son's room and the gentleman who served meals/refreshments (sorry for not catching your names) The play therapists were also great and kept my son entertained. The room was comfortable enough for a parent staying over. At times there was a lack of communication between medics (doctors had delayed my son's operation but had failed to tell nurses, which caused confusion and conflict over the nil-by-mouth rule.
