All staff were very friendly & attentive, treating me not just as a medical problem but as an individual person. Being offered a cup of tea at 4.30 in the morning when I couldn't sleep helps enormously! Communication with the patient is vital. There was an occasion when I was given a replacement and different drip having been told previously I would be taken off a drip. A short explanation as to the reason behind the change
