The triage nurse and A&E Drs are very good.
However the specialist team (ENT) could be more helpful to their A&E colleagues - For example - My grand daughter was returning to the second time and had to go they. The A&E process (why?) anyway triage nurse contacted ENT team who were busy in Paediatrics - She was the next to be seen, it is now midday and no one has been to see her - We are still in A&E waiting area - she doesn't know what is going on - do I get her to be seen privately and send the bill to HTW Trust? Better communication is needed!!!
