Absolutely everything was great did not take long to be seen..complained to the age of the earth free hordeveres for every one would be a good upgrade (staff, patients and visitors) and may be some light background music.
Turn the TV on even a few fairy lights to brighten up the waiting room...and a old school coco clock to help lighten up the mood.
