Good: - Very friendly and encouraging midwife. - Asked regularly about our preferences including birth plan etc.. No pressure to go outside what we wanted. - Got doctor promptly when wasn't progressing. - Felt like we were only ones there with good privacy. Improve: - As post-natal ward was full we had to wait quite a long time to move.
