Jaqui has been absolutely amazing very reassuring and caring. The night staff on Friday night (agency) need improvement as first time parents there was a lot of uncertainty about her and was made to feel as if we was asking stupid questions and they did not care. Thank you to all the doctors and other staff you have been amazing.
