Staff obviously highly trained & professional in their attitudes/ behaviour. Respectful, kind and efficient. I did not even feel real discomfort when injections were given or canullar removed. Medications given promptly at the appropriate time. They were patient when I did not hear/ understand an instruction. A similar high standard was evident in catering & in domestic staff
