I brought my 5 year old in with a possible accidental overdose and had to wait nearly an hour just to see a triage nurse. Was asked multiple times about why the medicine was given and who prescribed it even after explaining multiple times the medicine, Ovex, was an over-the-counter single dose medicine which the nurse didn't seem to know anything about. Was then put into a separate room with other child patients some of whom had been waiting more than 4 hours and was not checked on. I eventually decided used Google to check up on symptoms of overdose and decided to leave. When trying to tell someone of my decision I was ignored by the medical staff (refused to make eye contact) and there was no receptionist on duty plus another parent and child waiting.
