The waiting time was good. The staff treating me, including reception, nurses, technicians and x ray staff were polite, friendly and considerate at all times. However, from what I overheard of others, this was not always the case. At no time did I hear anyone being rude but at times non clinical staff did speak to or assist another patient in a way I would not have found helpful. For example, my husband had to hold the door open for someone on 2 walking sticks when the staff dealing with her were right there and actually told her "just push the door"!
