Food service was good and general care was good.
Improvement : sink was broken the whole time, as was the shower.
I couldn't move around the bedside table which was difficult to us.

The general treatment by the medical team were excellent as well as the team in charge of the patient's meal. I will say improvement should be placed on the number of nurses caring for 24 patients (especially during the night where patient needs instant assistance).
In addition, sensitive issues (like patient- nurse dispute) should be addressed ASAP. I wasn't happy with racial statements and dis-respect shown by a patient.

Nurses and care team made mum feel relaxed and comfortable. Always attentive to hers (and my) needs. Extremely busy but tried their hardest to attend at needs quickly. Very friendly particularly Mara, Ivan and Anne. Thank you!!

The nurse, was very helpful and funny. Patricia was a good nurse, and Sharon. I was feeling very comfy with all of them. The noise was loud at some point but it was nothing for me to complain, was felt very happy with the service from the team. Thank you.
