The nurse looking after me was kind and polite, her name is Blessing.
The main thing to improve would be food but I don't come here for the food as this is a hospital not a restaurant. So thank you for your care.

All of the staff were attentive, friendly and informative. All my requests were dealt with and although I have had a long wait for surgery I was kept informed and was well looked after.

The staff are absolutely amazing.
They made me feel comfortable and at ease were always polite and never complained about assisting with anything. Overall they made the usually terrible hospital experience rather pleasurable, making my recovery time seem to pass so much faster. In particular Eastham ward, Paula, Janet, Serena, Kelly, Rose and Christina.
