General treatment by the medical team were excellent as well as ,the team responsible for taking care of patients meal.
I will say improvements should be place on the number of nurses on duty caring for 24 patients. (Especially during the night where patients needs instant assistance to avoid un-rest). In addition, sensitive issues (like patients/nurses disputes) should be addressed asap. I wasn't happy with racial statements, swear - words and disrespect shown by a patient.

Calm, relaxed environment with spending lot of time in listening to patient.
Never had to wait too long to be see.
One thing that needs improvement is to be consistently seen by just one midwife.
