The waiting time is often too long. Has impact on me, the patient (due to age and physical difficulties). Also to my daughter who brings me as she has children she has to attend to.

Nurses and doctors are extremely helpful and caring.

Nurses have been lovely 100% looking after you, making sure you are well and all your needs are being looked at.
Improve!!
Doctors coming when patient is in pain for 2 hours or answer the page and take 30 second to say: Yes for something to realize you of pain or appoint someone else if he/she is to busy.
Also doctor need to remember to come and give you info about your treatment when he/she says what will do so.
