I arrived at 8.00 am and stayed until 08:30 waiting for some members of the staff at this hospital to come to the desk to assist me. Long wait waiting for someone to be on the front desk.

The treatment was disgraceful. The doctor who was treating my mother was extremely rude and this made me very angry. I was treated with no respect and felt very hurt when I asked about mu mothers scan and instead of a response I was smacked in the face with a door. I hope this changes as I felt I was treated unfair. Your staff should be trained on how to talk to people!!!

I have been attending podiatrist at gateway centre but the service I received is not up to the standard at all. They failed twice. And over the phone interpreter service was not used although available.
