Staff are absolutely fantastic here - really empathetic and caring and made me feel reassured and welcome but still informed and asked my preferences at every stage - cannot fault them.
Facilities are comfortable and clean. Don't need any improvements - perhaps a few more pillows would be nice for patients. Staying overnight! :-)

Nurses explained everything in a very simple way, that my wife understood it very clearly.
Not being on strict needs to improve.

The service given in Newham general hospital was very good. I would recommend my friends and relatives. The frequent visits of midwives and doctors when necessary is good. Seems it is essential. Food provided is good but not sufficient. Suggest a meal in the night after dinner (5.00 pm) as well.

The experience was amazing botyh midwife and student midwife was absolutely amazing, made my experience so pleasant, and worth while.
My babies card was wrapped around his neck 3 times, and how the midwife Irene dealt with it was amazing couldn't as for a better midwife as at that print we lost hope she saved my babies life couldn't thank them both enough.
