Good - everyone treated me with respect and kept me updated,
Bad - having a 6m flu just because the colonoscopy dept cannot book a year in advance. This could save an appointment.

I think Newham General and the NHS in general is doing an amazing job. I am proud of our NHS and all the hard working, dedicated staff that support us through some of the worst days of our lives. Today my care was timely, professional and thorough. What could be improved? More funding and support for all who work here.

The dietitians have been very good at listening and understanding my problems. The care is fine if you just want to put on weight. I am thinking more emphasis should be on increasing weight with more healthier options.
