No waiting time. Kind, friendly nursing staff. Consultant was very clear, gave lots of helpful advise. Made sure I had understanding of the whole consultation experience. Was given opportunity to ask questions and these were answered fully. Very polite, courteous and was treated and advised very well. Thank you.
