Good. The option to book an appointment slot (however system does not work and is pointless due to waiting time). Poor. - Lack of attention to detail. - Repeatedly asking front of house supervisor when I'm likely to be seen. - Waited well over an hour even though I booked appointment. - Supposedly was prioritized by early when I asked for the 4th time did lately look into matter.
