Can I express my dissatisfaction at the x ray reception area. I got here 7.30am, the first on the queue, as I wanted to make a management meeting for 10.00am. I even organised the other patients that came after me, so that we all know our place on the queue. I observed that all the slips taken off us were put in a tray in no particular order. Of course I was not seen till 9.30am while all that met me here were seen before me. I am disappointed and very upset at this service.
