London is a very busy place, with everyone busy within their lives, meaning we only really take the time to give negative feedback & never positive. I believe, I too am guilty of this. I thought I'd make an active effort to change this for myself, but even then it took me nearly a month to do this! I would like to thank everyone involved in my care in the A+E department on the 9/4/16. This includes (but not exclusively) the male receptionist who kindly logged me in, the triage GP, the triage nurse, the phlebotomist/hca, the radiographer and above all the junior doctor who assessed and managed my care. I would like to especially thank Dr Hywell Rawlins (the above named junior doctor) who efficiently assessed me, communicated exceptionally and managed me. I have now resolved from my chest infection and back to work. Thanks everyone & keep up the exceptional work!
