Care good despite ward being extremely busy expected to go home held up by social worker failing to listen to me properly about my care needs actually said to why would I need a dressing for a mastectomy and I couldn't work if I was disabled. Food was nice today staff always pleasant as are the nurses. I feel so sorry for them all rushed off their feet. OK agreed care plan of 2 carers a day at meal times/can't understand social worker attitude at all. Will call her boss Wednesday.
