I found Joan and Shona very helpful through out the period of my stay. They both were very keen to carry out the tasks assigned. Very alert and intelligent in carrying out the tasks. I was very low when I came to Newsham hospital because of the history I was given about the hospital. Contrary to that I found my self very welcome by both Shona and Joan in Becton ward. I would recommend, Becton ward particularly to any patient.
