Nurse acknowledged I'm on crutches due to mobility issues ( Ann care). Helped me find accessible toilet and asked someone to swap chairs to allow me to use the taller chair even came to find me to give me prescription instead of me making a return journey. Dr was polite, friendly and respectful at all times and happy to answer any question.
