I was on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes, so just under 2 hours, trying to get through to Moorfields At St Georges.
There is absolutely NO justification for this. We have jobs too you know, that’s 2 hours out of my working day.
The man who answered was rude and belligerent to boot when I quite reasonably asked if there was any reason for this.
I lawfully recorded the call so can prove everything.
