The staff were very pleasant & helpful. I felt quite happy in the ward.
The kindness, showed to me by all members of staff, triage there with their professional knowledge
All staff were most helpful + nothing was too much trouble. Food + hygiene is good
The care was personal & friendly. The only way I can think of improvement is for more staff so patients do not have to wait for attention. As this is probably out the the question encourage staff to continue with help & words of encouragement.
Kindness and consideration
All areas of care very good. Kind and helpful staff. Hit and miss physio ... not consistant. None some day's at all.
All ward staff are very professional, dedicated and helpful. The ward was clean and all equipment food and fir for purpose. Over the Christmas period the food was below its normal standard but at all other times it was good. All the staff are a good credit to this hospital and the NHS. They made my stay in hospital good and this helped in my recovery,. ,
