A little more personal privacy when using WC would be better. Staff are very pleasant but did not feel this was the right choice for me.

Very satisfactory, everyone very kind.
Is it possible to have the medical (Pius) trolley round earlier on the last visit?
We are all in bed at 9 p.m ready to sleep when the trolley comes in 11 pm approx and wakes us.
