On this ward it's a team of people who are all focused on your care and the goals you've set yourself, I arrived here 10 years ago with a sackfull of medicine but myself and my life in a mess, I never dreamt that I'd return to work it's incredible! Together they learnt me to use an adapted set of cutlery, to speak with a slight
impairment. I could go on but basically they give me the confidence to get on with my life and not hold back just because I've got MS, it's not got me! I do need to continue visiting Chatsworth the team help me to adjust as my MS gets worse but not winning over me, I don't have to pick someone out to ask/report something, The team work shows because it goes to the right person who feeds back what I now have to do.
Nothing.
Everything could not have been better. Looked after me brilliant.
The nursing care is very good.
The physio - therapy is excellant the medical care (DRs) is flexible to meet different medication requirements.
The food staff are good but food isn't.
Very well looked after,
Nothing.
All staff were very courteous, and helpfull, anything. I requested was not a problem to them. The phsyiotherapy has also helpful my mobility, the only improvement that I feels needs to be done is the sleeping arrangements, if you have one poor or ignorant sleeper it effects the other 3 patients.
Attention to detail of care with comfort.
