Staff considerate and gave good explanations.
As on observation, for those hard of hearing, it can be difficult to head when names are called.
This is the second time we have had season to use A&E this year and have no complaints.

Everyone I came across from front desk to Claire, nurse practitioner and extremely helpful, introduced themselves and were prompt, professional, caring.
