I was treated with kindness and respect throughout but, more importantly, the attention in terms of diagnosis etc was much better than I expected. Thank you Maidstone Hospital - everyone was very kind and professional in particular Marina was amazing and Dr Turbett could not have been more helpful.

When we were celled through we were given treatment and advise however the 4 hours we were waiting in A and E not I cleaner was seen and there was dirty lining and caps, dressings left laying on the chairs.

Sister Sonia was an amazing triage nurse. She was kind, compassionate and made me feel at ease when she explained what was going to happen. CSW Rhodora was also really good and very careful when trying to put in a cannula. (10/8/19)

The team that looked after me were dr Rislan, sue E.P and Irene on 8/9/19. They were so caring and really put me at ease during the procedure, I was very anxious entering the room. I would love the team to be recognized for the excellent care I received today.
