The friendliness and the staff and their understanding of the conditions.
Would be good and noisy and disruptive patients could be separately.

The nurses are great make you feel that i anything was wrong they would sort it out.
Great what I have sort in 4 years I have been coming is only the best in nurses and treatment.

Friendly professional staff at all times courteous.
Admin always needs improving! (Not the staff, they are always pleasant) the process.
After get letters about appointments after the appointment date.
Time-completely understand every ones busy-but I regularly wait over an hour for regular appointment.

I was looked after with respect at all times. Helped by a very happy staff, nothing seemed to be too much trouble.
Would have no worries if I had to come into Gulpepper ward again.
