Humorous, attentive, compassionate.
In the time I was in Culpper I was very pleased with my whole stay. Boredom is a problem, with long stays, but the attention and cheerfulness of all the staff, including cleaners and tea ladies did help.
What also was pleasing was the quality of the meals, which were far nicer than I had imagined.
Nice to see that all the staff acted as a team.
Staff were extremely helpful and the ward was very clean. On discharges if medication could come through quicker it would be a great help.
All midwives at the centre very experienced, knowledgeable, supportive and professional.
Th setting and facilities are excellent and very calming.
Aftercare was perfect and we were not rushed out of room.
- It was just a shame we had to walk over to Mainstone hospital and wait 90 minutes for physical checkup last time, it was done, in.
Friendly and attentive staff, very busy but take time to help.
Very helpful pharmacist, physiotherapist and also involve.
Excellent condition.
Nurses excellent (Julie).
Care was fantastic communication from doctors and nurses and HCA's wonderful speed and efficiency from porters was great and they chatted to mum.
With the exception of one surgeon who pushed past us in a corridor all was fab.
Special mention to the HCA's
From the moment I was brought onto the ward I have been treated with so much kindness and warmth from all the nurses. They have been amazing, consonantly checking I was ok tendinglo every need a full credit to the ward especially.
Nicky and Leanne both explained everything that they were doing, what was happening really were outstanding. Also the ladies that would care and serve the tea and coffee were lovely always pleasant and happy and smiling. The whole ward caries a wonderful atmosphere. Also the ward was always clean and tidy. Spotless a making at the time.
